Cannery Project

A sustainable community needs a cannery to process and can the available recourse produced by sustainable producers. When the area had many canneries our farms prospered.

The Cannery project will bring food sovereignty back to our community. It's capacity fallows the 80/20 rule of nature. 80% of production is for our community 20% to share with other communities.

We can sauces, soups, fruit, If it can be caned it is.

Drying herbs, grains, produce etc are a part this facilities mandate.
